What we call 'Apex Australia' consists of two separate entities, the Association of Apex Clubs Australia (Association) and Apex Australia Charitable Fund (Charity). The Association deals with the management of clubs as a national body and the Charity enables us to raise funds to support specific causes e.g. disaster relief. All Association and Charity activities are combined in the annual reports, however there are separate financials for the two entities.​
